These terms govern use of the Tovellan corporate site. Engagements for datasets, benchmarks, evaluations, and the tenant-scoped workspace are governed by a separate signed agreement (including a Data Processing Agreement where applicable).

• Content on this site is provided as-is, for information.
• The canonical benchmark number is a recorded deterministic retrieval-icl delivery-proof run. The hash verifies release identity; held-out membership and content remain private.
• Any future expert or contractor engagement will require explicit contributor terms before work begins; those terms are not yet published.

Pre-launch status as of 20 August 2026. Final service and contributor terms require legal review and publication before any corresponding service opens.
